Rental Ordinance #53 – council would like these changes put to a vote at the August Council meeting:

Manner of Licensure Renewal – Licensure shall be required every 2 change to every 3 years commending upon the adoption of this ordinance.

Inspections and Investigations – F.  When will the inspections be conducted: once the application and fees are received by the city office an 

            employee from the city will contact you with inspection dates.  Inspections will take place in the month of April, and be done every two (2) years,

             change to every three (3) years.
